It’s a place where you can feel the tranquility of nature, yet remain easily connected to everything city life has to offer. Het Porfier is ideally situated: within walking distance of schools, shops, parks, and neighborhood amenities. Parking is available underground, and bicycles can be securely stored in the large, communal bike shed. Surrounded by a car-free courtyard and a spacious landscaped garden, a living environment is taking shape here that exudes tranquility while remaining connected to the city. The site borders a nature reserve that not only defines the view but also sets the rhythm of daily life.

When will the work begin?
Construction began in October 2025.
When is completion scheduled?
Work is progressing smoothly, and Het Porfier is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2027.
Can I still choose the finish myself?
Yes, depending on the stage of construction, you can choose all the finishes yourself. You can choose from a wide range of high-quality materials for the finishes. You are invited to visit the showrooms of our selected suppliers, where you can choose from a selection of bathroom fixtures, kitchen layouts, and a wide range of flooring options. All of this is done under the expert guidance of our experienced customer coordinator from contractor Furnibo. This way, we ensure that your new home perfectly matches your personal taste and lifestyle.
Is there parking available?
Both apartment and house residents can park underground, and there are also a number of parking spaces available for visitors. Bicycles can be stored in the communal bicycle storage area.
