Your challenge

Als BIV-stagiair voor ons kantoor te Brugge, word je stap voor stap opgeleid tot een sterke vastgoedmakelaar. Je bent actief in jouw toegewezen regio en leert het vak in de praktijk. Jij helpt klanten hun droomwoning te vinden en zet vastgoed in de markt als een echte pro. Hoe? Zo!

• Actief in jouw regio - Je leert jouw regio door en door kennen. Je bouwt een netwerk uit en ondersteunt bij prospectie en klantencontacten in Brugge en omgeving.

• Prospecting & Opportunities - You’ll help identify opportunities and learn how to turn them into successful sales and rentals.

• Lead Follow-Up - You will follow up on leads and inquiries generated through our extensive marketing efforts and learn how to handle them professionally.

• Client Support - You will follow the Altro step-by-step plan and support clients throughout the entire real estate process.

• Top-Notch Service & Customer Follow-Up - You'll develop your customer service skills and learn how to build lasting relationships based on trust and quality.

• Paperwork? Easy! You keep your files accurate and up to date
